Steps — craft Heavenpiercer

1. Progress first. Reach the late islands that host these fish (Perch → Coconut and beyond). A community tip cites unlocking Amber Isle around Power 75 before committing mats — treat that as progression advice; confirm your own island unlock UI. See /islands.
2. Stock 50 Crystals. The craft button is labeled with a 50 Crystal cost. Failed crafts consume mats as live rules show — don’t craft dry.
3. Farm Perch Isle on Windy. Land both Flying Fish Emperor and Flying Fish Empress while Windy is up.
4. Farm Coconut Isle on Foggy. Land Heavenpiercer Turtle while Foggy is up.
5. Summon Rainbow Dragonfish. Open Bait Seller / Boss Bait · craft or obtain Rainbow Bait · equip it · catch the dragonfish (panel text: used to summon Rainbow Dragonfish). Confirm bait fish names on the live Bait panel — ingredient lists can patch-churn.
6. Open any Rod Seller → craft / craftable rods UI. Find the Heavenpiercer Rod row.
7. Confirm the four fish icons + 50 Crystals match your bags, then press Craft. Panel shows 50% Fail and a Pity 0/5 meter.
8. On success: chat / inventory shows the Mythic Heavenpiercer Rod — equip it (100 Power / 36 Luck). On fail: mats are spent; Pity advances — re-farm before the next submit.
