If your Power gate is below Mythic equip, finish the island quest rods (Cryo Gravity / Soul Thorn) and cash buys first. Craft when you can actually hold a 100-Power Mythic. Island Power gates: /islands.

Island progression notes are sparse across mirrors. Mats on the rod card are the safe farm list; treat extra Mist Peak gates as Unknown until framed in-client.
Is the craft panel Fail rate made up?
No — it is the Rod Seller craft panel label for the Mythic crafts. Pity payout math beyond the meter is Unknown.
